♦ Combination Filet Mignon & Salmon plate.
Petite Filet Mignon grilled and seasoned, topped with Benjamin sauce, Pan seared Salmon marinated and topped in a dill cucumber sauce.
Entree includes salad selection, oven fresh sourdough rolls and butter, dessert selection, coffee and or iced tea.
Vegetarian Entree:
♦ Penne Pasta with assorted julienne of vegetables with a choice of Sauce: Cream Sauce, Pesto Garlic or Marinara
